Booking and cancelation policy

Please contact us in the website chat or by WhatsApp +34 627 744 592, or via email info@reytenerife.com and we'll help you make your reservation. Send us your request and we'll send you confirmation invoice with payment details and hold this villa for you for 12 hours.

Please pay 30% of the total booking price to confirm the booking on our bank account.

After payment is done please send us a copy of payment to our email: info@reytenerife.com and you'll receive a booking confirmation.

The total booking price shall be paid 14 days before your arriving.

Reservation of the villa without prepayment will be cancelled after 12 hours.

Damage Deposit is 750 euros shall be paid on the day of arriving by credit card or by cash.

After checking the condition of the accommodation, the deposit will be fully refunded to you by bank transfer within 72 hours, if there is no damage.

Please send a copy of your passport or ID, your telephone number and email for check-in.


Free cancellation-the cancellation has to be done 60days before arrival dates by 12.00 local time.

If the guest cancel the reservation later than 60 days before arrival dates the prepayment is non-refundable.

After check-in if the guest decides to leave earlier than he had planned before the cost of paid nights is non-refundable.

COVID-19 in case of declaring a state of emergency in the territory of Tenerife and closing the borders, the prepayment is fully refundable or at the request of the guest can be saved as a deposit for following reservations during the year.
